Removed Comodo Time Machine from my setup so I can dual-boot with a Linux OS.
Changed Comodo D+ settings to Block unrecognized files instead of autosandbox to untrusted.

btw I need a FREE adblocker or something like NoScript but is not an addon/extension for Chrome aside from Privoxy.

Added Mamutu to my setup since it's free... may as well give it a try.

    Edit:
    Konata:

Yeah, I wouldn't sandbox as untrusted. At that point you may as well simply block it. I run them as "Limited" so that I can still see what program they are/ if they're legit or not.

For adblocking in Chrome you can try either a host file or adblock plus development builds. For NoScript you can simply put Javascript on a whitelist.

Testing out my VM. Going to see how well Mamutu does on its own and then how well it does with Comodo.

Fully patched Windows 7 64bit with no other patching/ system hardening - very "default." UAC at default, though I'll be allowing elevation every time.

Comodo at my settings, not the default. Mamutu with beta updates and paranoid mode/ my settings.

I don't want to mess with my hosts file and I prefer not to have any browser extension.
I don't like Chrome's javascript whitelist yet either.

Why don't you like javascript whitelisting?

    Behind a Router
    Norton DNS
    SpybotS&D Immunized
    Windows 7 32bit
Avast! 6 Free (all shields enabled)
    Comodo Firewall (w/out Defense+)
    Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Pro (realtime)
    Mamutu
    WinPatrol Plus

and other security softwares, tweaks, hardening etc...

*Took out Spyshelter Free for Mamutu

Is it advisable to add HIPS to my setup? Reinstall Spyshelter Free or Enable Comodo Defense+? Will that conflict with Mamutu? Later on I'll try Sandboxie. Thanks :)

It's hard to manage what you want to whitelist in Chrome unlike Noscript...

In Chrome if you whitelist for example facebook.com all javascript including those hosted in other domains are executed.

Mamutu and Comodo should not interfere.

I would not dare use more than one HIPS. If you already have HIPS and you want to use an antikeylogger I suggest Trusteer Rapport :thumb:

    Recommend:
Rapport + Comodo FW and D+
