I had to disable HIPS to get ABBYY PDF Transformer 3.0 to work correctly.

I have tried Hips in Learning Mode, But It doesn't work. Disabling HIPS is the only thing that works.

Yes, After learn mode it creates 6 rule 3 for the application and 3 for explorer
but the program still does not work unless I disable HIPS. I have tried all modes with the rules in place and none of them work.

    Hello,

What behavior did you note in ABBYY PDF Transformer 3.0 when used with ESET v5's HIPS module? Did the program not run, display an error message or something else?

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky

    Hello,

Was that a clean install of ESET Smart Security v5 or of Windows?

    Regards,
