Hey all. I have setup my daughters pc with Net Nanny. Everything is working fine but I keep getting these types of alerts emailed to me:

    Code:
    Action: Block
    URL: 89.202.149.36/eset_upd/v4/update.ver
    Reason: Not in allowed list.
    Date/Time: 2011-06-27 8:35:53 AM EDT
    Windows Username: SYSTEM
    PC: HANNAH
    Version: 2.8.5.4
    IP address: ***.**.***.***
    Code:
    Action: Block
    URL: exp01.eset.com/getlicexp
    Reason: Not in allowed list.
    Date/Time: 2011-06-27 8:36:01 AM EDT
    Windows Username: SYSTEM
    PC: HANNAH
    Version: 2.8.5.4
    IP address: ***.**.***.***
My question is: The url's mentioned in these alerts, are they used for updating?
I don't have a problem adding these in the allowed list of Net Nanny just looking for some type of confirmation that these are safe, thanks.

Both are safe. The first one is an ESET's update server and the other is the server providing information about license expiration.
