I had to uninstall for a BSOD issue. Got one every time I rebooted. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

We only have 2 or 3 recorded issues of this happening. The only time we were able to get the memory dump it was not related to PCAV.

If you can reproduce it I'd be really grateful if you could send me a memory dump.

Not so my hungry friend. It was for my account. Maybe I bought it for someone else who had issues in the family.

For me Panda Cloud works flawlessly. I am testing a few other betas and not really impressed, except for maybe F-Secures but I am sure Panda will be back, just likem The Sands of Time.;)

trjam, if you did encounter a BSOD please try to capture a full memory dump and send it to me. I can PM you instructions on uploading to our FTP server.

I just want to thank Panda support in all of this. In the end, everything was resolve completely and it actually was my fault, not teirs for the misunderstanding.

I have to admit I am really impressed about how they stayed in touch with me to ensure I was completely satisfied. Panda support and Pedro proved again, that customers service still matters.:thumb:

So initially you did not receive any answer within the 48 hours the canned email stated. But after going public with your issue with a thread called "Panda and how do you get a refund", now you are saying they really stayed in touch. What a surprise! lol

no, so dont put words in my mouth. I did not contact Panda support US where the product was bought. It clearly stated in the canned email what i was suppose to do and failed to pay atterntion to it, so without responding back, or following the instructions given, it stopped the process. Thus the part about it being my part.

Lesson learned. So think what you wish, but I should have just sent Pedro a PM to begin with.

My point is, "the squeaky wheel gets the grease". Not just for Panda, but most companies.

    Lol

So Panda support sucks and due to your 'friendly-ness' with Pedro, you got your refund?

Not everyone is a Wilder's member or buddy buddy with the staff members, do you really think you would have got your money back had it not been for Pedro?

Your original comments, whilst harse towards a company show what 'regular support, to regular customers is like.

We understand of course, that only once receiving your refund (due to pedro) did you 'feel the need?' To praise panda for resolving the issue of your case.

    Not fooling anybody :thumbd:

It's amazing how much FUD is used around here!!

He would have gotten the refund even if I would not have interfered. The reason is that Support asked for some information and he didn't send it back. If he would have replied to Support he would have received the refund without any need for me to interfere.

    Jeeez, get a life!

that is exactly right. It wasnt until I dealt with support, was the refund granted.

People amaze me. Hey Gamer, why dont you purchase it, then ask for a refund and dont tell Pedro and watch what happens.:cautious:
