nod32 report our site and software has spyware

first of all,we known,nod32 is a very powerful and useful antivirus software. but i dont known why will be this result? this software is a system optimizer software. it can optimizer user pc and fix registry error!

we pack our software using istools. In it It Has a Two exe. One is Main Exe File,another is a Bugreport.exe. Does nod32 criterion is whether it contains two exe program? we dont known.
