Agree, the "biggest" complaint I have with current AV is that ship horse logo
It's not attractive, doesn't bring any comfortable feeling that I'm protected
I have marketing degree, if I were emsisoft, I'll seriuously think about it.
Since general public will see cosmetic as an important matter
The logo in the tray is much better
positioned as strong shield guarding everyone

But again, I love the product regardless the logo, what I said above is to show my love :D

Great! The only downside for me was the resource usage. Looking forward to 6!

The change log says on-demand scan speed has increased by an average of 450 %. What about real-time scanning?

That's the main thing and IMO they should focus on real-time performance rather than on-demand.
Hope that they will listen ...

Ikarus: 109 FPs from the 127 FPs of EAM v5.0 based on AV-C.
I really want to see how v6.0 will deal with FPs, since they will Not be caused by Heuristics...

    After three months
I still failed to see a false potive with EAM 5.1

Some hips testing program is counted as a riskware
But other than that I haven't seen any

    Maybe I haven't experiment enough ;)

Agree. The application protects against software like trojan horse and the logo is exactly the opposite:D. Emsisoft or Online Armor shield logos are better:)

There is the possibility of behavioral analysis technology Mamutu software to be incorporated Emsisoft Anti-Malware?

Any big changes for the behaviour blocker/Mamutu? And are there going to be custom rules like in Threatfire?

Will we see a better synergy between Mamutu and the HIPS module of OA (i.e. not seeing double alerts of same suspicious behavior)?

If they merge OA + EAM (Probbly without Mamutu) it would be an awesome single suite.
I don't mean replacing EAM, but offer it as a complete suite with a new name.
I know OA+ has EAM engine but it lacks features such as quarantine, tweaks etc. (At least from the last time i tried it)
I know we can install both, but it feels like it kinda hogs the PC down when i had both installed. :D

No, that won't happen anytime soon. The systems are way too different to actually match the alerts up. We are planning to address this issue with one of the next major updates though.

There will be major changes to the realtime protection in one of the next major versions.
