please do contact G data, by the way are you using a 2011 internet security ? if not you should install the appropriate program that your key support, try logging in on your G data account to see your software

Hi, did you try a complete uninstall of the previous version first? That's what's recommended by G Data. If not, download the G Data uninstaller here, http://www.gdata.nl/ondersteuning/downloads/tools.html
Run it twice, then try installing the 2012 version, and enter your information. This method worked perfectly when I updated.

as you can see on this site http://www.gdatasoftware.co.uk/ there is still no total care 2012, you cant upgrade it to internet security since the license is fot total care, just wait until the 2012 to be release

G Data is so heavy I needed to make a truss frame out of three inch angle iron for my tower so it doesn't crash through the floor and sink into the center of the Earth.

i never had an opportunity on having an AMD, but maybe i'll buy a laptop that runs on it, as it was awkward to see that they have an i7 but a G data slows them down, but i have this so called slow poked Celeron but never slowed down

Does anyone know if I purchase a new 2011 GData antivirus license purchased from the US store, can I activate the 2012 version downloaded from the UK site?
