Avira free malware guard popup

I am seeing this popup numerous times a day on 2 computers with 3 different OS's. Removing it only temporarily stops it, deleting the cache only helps until Opera is restarted, making it an exception in Avira does nothing, fresh installs of Opera don't help. Submitting it to Avira shows some kind of broken Trojan yet I can scan that same file with Avira and nothing, same with SAS, MBAM or online virus scans. It's not from unsafe surfing because Wilder's may show it; it may not show for hours or it may show every 5 minutes.

Thanks, there certainly are more. Kinda surprised Avira hasn't addressed it with a fix.
