Google Mail in Chrome: IP Not Verified

    My son and I both have Prevx 3. on our laptops and it is giving us headaches in Gmail by not allowing attachments or downloads. We've got around that, but it won't verify the IP.

    What can we do? thanks!

    IP not verified shouldn't affect downloads - could you send a scan log to report@prevxresearch.com? SafeOnline might be blocking a component of Chrome from saving data to disk.

    I'll do that...we changed the security setting so no problems for gmail, just I.P. not verified which for something as common as Gmail I don't get it. That said, this AV w/ SafeOnline is the best product I've ever used! :thumb:
