    Re: SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0

    Hello folks,

Is it possible to test the Pro version 15-days trial period with SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0? I would like to test the real-time protection with the new version.

    See you later,

    Re: SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0

    Hello folks,

@hayc59: Yes, I know, thank you for your attention. But, I can't use it with real time enabled because I don't have a professional license. So, it always installs as freeware version.

I would like to know if it is possible to run it in the professional version trial, so I could at least test the real time protection for 15-days even if I don't have a professional license.

    See you later,

    Tried today on XP.

    - Does not create the Start Menu entry in a proper location on non-English version of XP. (It creates "Programs" folder there, does not use the localized one.)

    - Dunno if someone mentioned that, but the context menu entry is nowhere to be found, tried a couple of times and just nothing apperars on right-clicking a file or folder.

    o_O

P.S. I would love to close the thing like normal stuff, really close - NOT "close" to system tray. Again seems impossible.

What specific issues did you have? The pre-release is basically close to the final.

    Re: SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0

    Hello folks,

I have SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0 version 5.0.1078 running under Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit and everything is fine. The right-click context menu is there and SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0 installed in the right folder.

Just to remember, SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0 MUST be running to the right-click context menu scan show up.

Does anybody knows if it is possible to run it in the professional (SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0) version trial, so I could at least test the real time protection for 15-days even if I don't have a professional license?

    See you later,

    Aeolis

Errr, what? What is the purpose of the context menu if the thing must be running first? Can just run the scan from the GUI as well.

    Re: SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0

    Hello folks,

@doktornotor: This is what I have observed in my machine. It ONLY shows up when SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0 is running. You can make a feature request to add a permanent right-click context menu scan (I know they will listen to you, their support is terrific).

    See you later,

    Re: SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0

Not really sure whether it would be feature request, frankly sounds like an obvious bug to me. Should I have running everything I have items for in the context menu for them to appear, this machine would be craaaawling... o_O

Yes it did. I've never seen the context menu appear without SUPERAntiSpyware.exe running.

    Re: SUPERAntiSpyware 5.0

Tried the Pro edition for about a week, but the full-time protection slows down my computer considerably, and even crashes occasionally when running various applications, which is very frustrating.
So I went back to the Free edition and run a scan twice a week, which has protected my system satisfactory for some time previously.
