We have been running NOD32 v4 and v4.2 for some time now as well as v4 of the Remote Administrator. We still have 215 Windows XP SP3 systems running NOD32 v 2.7 with latest definitions.

Have have others uninstalled v2 so that we can get the upgraded to v4?

    Thanks,
    -John

    Hello,

Removing v2 remotely should go just fine. However, if you have a password protecting the setup parameters, you will need to add the password switch as indicated in the push uninstall package editor. Also, you will want to be sure you restart the clients after uninstalling v2, before installing the new version.

    Thanks,

    Matt

Could you please elaborate on the "push uninstall package editor"? I vaguely remember seeing this somewhere in the RA GUI, but it's exact location escapes me.

    Thanks,
