Wilders is NOT the official support forum for G-Data products.

But the forum on that link is operated by G-Data them selfs, they Moderate it, and they provide support there.

I started to register, and the secret question is in German even though I have selected English. I speak very little German. Can someone translate this for me so I can register an account there? I suppose they expect me to answer in German as well. I think it says something like What is the animal that makes or does something?? Wie heißt das Tier das Wau macht

If you take a look at the site's legal notice, you'll find out that the Forum is 'private' and that the members of the board team are not employees of G Data.

It is nice, that there's a new forum dealing with G Data issues.
But the term 'official' could be misleading.

It would be great If markusg would come back to us to get things sorted out.

    Cheers,
    Ford

It kind of looks doubtful that they'll have an English language forum anytime soon. According to a so far 10 reply poll that was taken on the forum, asking if they want an English language section, 6 replied no, 2 yes, 1 abstained, and 1 wants a mobile phone forum..

Good Afternoon ! A lot of things are in a state of limbo at the moment regarding G-Data N.America...haven't heard from G-Data Ed recently...the new G-Data 2012 Product is late in introduction...and can't see a meaningful reason for not establishing a forum on the existing G-Data U.S.A/Canada website. Sincerely...Securon
