Dear ESET, It's time to get up-to-date

This statement is now (and has been) dated for quite some time. 64bit operating systems and new computer purchases has been the norm for quite some time now. Walk to any electronics shop and the computer you will get for $500 is a 64bit computer. Don't you think it's time to update the note to reflect that?

 

Thanks for the feedback Geosoft. While technologically you are obviously correct, our support analytics show that nearly twice as many customers download and use the 32-bit versions of our product (v4) and that is why we make that point you quoted in the 'note'.

Incidentally, can you provide the KB article number where you saw that note?

It can be found on the homepage, the download section.

http://www.eset.com/download/business/filecategory/6/ to be exact. -- Weird enough I cant find it on the home products but only at the business products where you expect the more advanced users to know the difference between 32 and 64 bit.
