Computer Security ~ Need Opinion on this email I received

Is someone spoofing my email? Is this some sort of phishing scheme? What should I make of this email?

I didn't attempt to email any of these people from my computer and I have no idea who they are !!!

I am running ESET Smart Security Suite (ESS) and a scan does not reveal any issues or problems. My email app is MS Outlook 2002 SP3.

Hello,

This doesn't necessarily mean that your computer got infected. If you are really concerned, what you can do is to change the password for your email account.
