The biggest problem of all may be the creation of USCYBERCOM, which treats the entire internet as a military theater, and is not subject to even a nominal charter which might prohibit domestic spying.

I don't think anyone's really interested in 9/11 here. We're discussing electronic surveillance, thus the cites and papers.

 

If you read and understood my post I was using it as a ref. to conspiracies which is how this thread topic reads as well as trying to sell the user something.

There's no conspiracy. You may disagree with Cyptohippie's rankings, but in the U.S. domestic surveillance is well documented over the span of the past several decades. Many organizations fund efforts and bring cases, including EFF and ACLU.
