From lotuseclat's thread, below, quoting former FBI agent Mike German:

    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=292559

The creation of the ODNI has magnified the problem tenfold and must have significantly influenced U.S. position when Cryptohippie considered their seventeen ranking factors.. For analysis and overview of the ODNI and the collapse of the barrier between U.S. domestic and foreign intelligence since its creation, see here:
    http://www.aclu.org/spy-files-intelligence-agencies

The biggest problem of all may be the creation of USCYBERCOM, which treats the entire internet as a military theater, and is not subject to even a nominal charter which might prohibit domestic spying.

Cryptohippie's other document, The Taking of the Internet is worth a separate link:

Do the same people that believe 9-11 was a government plot come up with this stuff in order to sell their services?

I don't think anyone's really interested in 9/11 here. We're discussing electronic surveillance, thus the cites and papers.

If you read and understood my post I was using it as a ref. to conspiracies which is how this thread topic reads as well as trying to sell the user something.

That is the only reason I ref. it.

Edit* I see no real discussion here to begin with on the topic so I do not know what you are reading.

There's no conspiracy. You may disagree with Cyptohippie's rankings, but in the U.S. domestic surveillance is well documented over the span of the past several decades. Many organizations fund efforts and bring cases, including EFF and ACLU.
    In recent history:

    Continuation, if you're actually interested:

And that would be just the slightest start.

So Steve, Does Xerobank have any plans of setting up servers in Mexico, Brazil, Thailand, or the Philippines? I believe they would be good locations for exit Nodes.
