I am so, so, sorry to hear that.

I have known Franklin for many years, not only on this forum but also on another forum where he posted under a different name.

He was kind, helpful and had a great sense of humour. He will be missed on all forums he associated with.

My condolences Deanne to you and your family.

    Thank you.
If you could be so kind & let the other forums know that would be great. It's hard to keep track of which ones he used! & yes, my father was a brilliant man & he will be missed deeply.
This happened suddenly & we are yet to find out the cause.
    Thanks again

    @ Deanne

So hard to imagine him not posting again :( He will be missed Greatly and has contributed so much in a freindly way.

The fact that he passed away quietly in his sleep without pain, even though you don't know why yet, must hopefully be some comfort for you and your family etc at this Very sad time.

Thanks very much for letting us know.

....and mine, I'm not the most frequent of posters but a regular visitor and avid reader here. There is so much nonsense at times but your fathers posts and his spot on advice shone through all of that. I looked forward to his latest expose of the new threats he uncovered and appreciated his efforts to swim the dark malware waters protected by his trusted Sandboxie to enlighten us all.

Hopefully the knowledge that he was so respected by so many here will provide some comfort at this sad time.

    Regards

    Deanne, my deepest sympathies.
    I so enjoyed Franklin's no-nonsense, insightful posts
as he lightheartedly jostled with other forum members,
especially Kees1958. I will surely miss him.
    RIP
