Facebook apps are the root of all evil.;) ;)

OK I'm am joking; however, if it is questionable then don't even bother. In my mind most Facebook apps, especially third party are not worth testing. I avoid apps (and Facebook games) like the plague. I have turned off all platform apps, games and websites in my account. Does not affect my usages of Facebook.

Running in a Virutual PC will not protect anyone anyway since you much be logged in to test it. The whole point of apps is to access your information to "share" it.

Which in turn contains a link to a domain engaged in malware distribution, which in turn will lead to others. :D

    -edit-

At least, it is so with the domain I came across when researching for that application. I'm trying to research more and see what comes up.

    - new edit-

Came across one other domain (maybe a way for those folks to be sure they'll get it right ;)), also engaged in malware distribution.

According to VirusTotal an overall poor detection. In some cases, 0/43.
