If I remember correctly ViRobot only used BitDefender for the unpacking engine? Did they change that for the new release?

I guess they are using BitDefender as their second AV engine for detecting/preventing malware samples.

Has someone tried it to see whether it actually updates the databases for the BD engine (and whether it has the same detection rates)?

Does look good from a user perspective, and if less 'buggy' as bitdefender is reported to be, could be a good addition. Simple firewall, temp file cleaner etc.

I have heard somewhere that it uses only BD signatures and not their engine.

It seems that they are using BD engine too now
    http://www.globalhauri.com/product/engine.html

But they are advertising Bitdefender as no 1 based on top10reviews...!!!

They'd be using it as there doesn't seem to be any other reviews. Right here is a good start and might attract some additional attention.

Seems to be a trial, yet I do not see a price to purchase it. Odd.

Click on 'eshop' in the top right hand corner of the main global page.

    $32.95 for one user
    $65.95 for three users.

Anyone manage to test this one out? Not just malware tests, but how the program is, buggy, smooth, firewall prompts clear, how light it is?
