    When was the last time you tried it, Firzen? We've made some significant improvements in resource utilization. Try the free download. If you agree that it has, indeed, improved, you can still take advantage of the discount.

    That's a great offer. I used g-data a couple of years ago and liked it. I'm going to try it out again.

    I tried to try the trial (nice sentence I guess :D). But it doesn't allow me to update, probably because I already tried it before.

    Hhhmmm...not sure what that might be. Can you give me the exact error message when trying to use PayPal? If you can email me screen shots, I will get with DR to make sure they resolve. Apologies...but thanks for continuing to try! :) :) :)

    I thought I would try it out since the discount makes this product only about $15 in the U.S. It is lighter than I expected for a multi-engine av. I'm trying it out on a laptop with 2.4 GHz dual core CPU and 2GB RAM on Win 7 32-bit. Not too bad GData.

    @1000db;

    See if you can find the GDScan.exe process which is the scan server; that's the big one for memory/CPU time/Reads and Writes.

    Good call, I missed that one. The CPU time seems to reflect a quick on-demand scan I initiated.

    I would like to know if I purchase a license now at 50% off, can I use this license later on in the year or do you have to use it now.

    Thanks for any help.
