iPod won't sync

    For some reason, I can't transfer purchased tunes from my PC to my iPod. The tunes load and play on my PC, but not on my iPod. I connect it with the USB port, and I get a synchronising message, but no joy. Any help appreciated.

    You are allowed only four devices. You need to register them first. You can un-register a device and register another one. If you don't remember which devices are registered, or no longer physically have the device to un-register, then you can email support and ask them to reset (un-register) all devices. You can ask support to reset all devices only once in every year.
