Are you actually looking for the one "scheme" that really fits all your criteria perfectly, or do you have an addiction to the add/remove button?

Seriously though, do you ever see yourself finding what works and subsequently stop trying things out? Or do you just loving testing applications so much you don't care about the security? If so, maybe you should find a job testing and reviewing software. You would do well at it I think, even if it was just a moonlighting job for some extra $$ every now and then.

Gone for a light setup. Installed GesWall 2.9.1 and avast free beta 5.1. Setup feels really light and I don't think anything will be getting past GesWall.

Hey lets not be pointing fingers now. Lest of all people that frequent around here. People in security glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

    Thanks man.
Currently looking for good on demand options that also offer removal capabilities (Ex. Malwarebyte).
Not HitmanPro because to remove i would need to activate a trial :ninja:

jmonge, it's now called "Titanium Internet Security"...

I've tried Titanium and wasn't really impressed:
    - it doesn't have a good detection rate (it relies mostly on its web protection) or cleanup abilities
    - doesn't have a real firewall (only a "Windows firewall optimization")
    - uses a lot of memory (surprising considering it's a cloud AV)
    - has very few settings
    - it's expensive

To be honest that is the only thing I like about the new Trend Micro. I hope more suites go that way, since most firewalls we see don't add anything to the Win7 firewall (also Vista). Next to that Win7 firewall has a lot of fans (like me), who just stay with the Anti-Virus product because they don't need a firewall, and find tuneup/backup/parental control/etc. bloatware. The only firewall in a suite which is really adding value is in my eyes the firewall in Kaspersky.

For what I've seen and heard it doesn't have good cleanup abilities either. Seems like a wasted product to me
