The Wilders discount is calling out to you. Give in to your inner need, the discount is simply too tempting.

I decided to change my set-up a bit and replaced Defensewall (too much CPU time) with Sandboxie. But I want to add a firewall to the mix. Wondering between OA Premium (have a license but due to a high CPU usage under WIN XP SP3 not used now) and Private Firewall (again on XP SP3 leaving some ports open). Now anyone using them under WIN7 32 bit with as close to my security set-up, recommendations will be appreciated.

Changed default browser to Chrome because of Kees recommendation that it adds protection to Sandboxie.

Are you running two firewalls or did you mean "(w/o firewall and proactive)"?

well, when I have to know employees for AV vendors tell me, that MSE is only getting better and most vendors are just not going to be able to compete againt this free product, well, I figured it was time to listen and semi-retire from here.

dont know, dont care. After Avast let a nasty rootkit and 2 trojans through on my kids pc.

No offense but Avast is not as great as some lead you to think.

    But yes, just as light.;)

and which version to you base that expert thought on. Because if you jump about, oh, 17 inches up, you will see that I stated there is no comparision in the 2.

Even our behoved languy, reviewed it and had to admit it did very well.

sorry, I am happy and I am retiring.;)

People, if you are paying for software you may want to take a long hard look at your family and their, needs. You honestly dont need to spend your hard earned money on products that do not deliver what they promise. It is a reality. There are plenty of free ones that will keep you just as protected and at 70-90 bucks a year, well that is Christmas money for your kids.;)
