    Hi,

I'm running Windows Live Mail 2011 (Beta) to try it out, and seem to have no NOD32 integration, even though selected in Advanced Setup. Can someone from Eset confirm?

    Thanks.

    Hello JeremyWW,

Where in Advanced Setup are you selecting to have it integrated? Windows Live Mail 2011 (Beta) is not a public retail copy of the product yet and may not be supported at this time because it is in beta. I will try to contact our development team to get confirmation on that.

    Thank you,
    Richard

Bit of a 'stretched' assumption (and I'm not familiar with the differences between the 'current' WLM version and the 2011 Beta) but I did assume that ticking the existing WLM integration check box would do something. I admit there's no reason to assume any such thing! Anyway, be good to have the feedback from the dev team, if any.

    Thanks.

In case anyone else is interested, I had a response from UK Eset support and this is planned for a future build. That's fine as WLM 2011 is in Beta atm, and meanwhile e-mail is scanned anyway.

Windows Live Mail 2011 is now released. Can anyone from Eset now comment on when we are likely to see NOD32 integration working again?

What would you care about integration? Doesn't the active scanning of NOD32 protect you anyways?

I know it does. Though why would you bother replying to my post if you can't answer the question.

:thumb: Can a mod please answer the OP. I too am waiting to test NOD's compatibility with WLM and Outlook 2010 before purchasing a license.

    Hello,

Integration for Windows Live Mail 2011 is currently not built in. I will follow up as soon as I hear of a time frame on when the development team will be working on it.

    Thank you,
    Richard

    Hello JeremyWW,

I am sorry to say that I don't have a big update on this. The Project Manager told me that WLM 2011 is currently being worked on to be released in an upcoming build. He did not have a release time frame for me. I will keep this on my radar and update you when I know more.

    Thank you,
    Richard
