I'll be installing it again in like a month (Another license) :D
I'm just playing around with other software since it got a bit boring :p
HAHAHAHAHA, EAM performed so good that i didn't need anything more xD

But now i'm playing with NIS and IMO IT IS GOOD,
After a full scan and analysis of ALL my computer files in their "Trust" cloud.
It's only using 12-13MB of ram, CPU usage 1% and disk IO VERY VERY low :thumb:

I run Mamutu cause I "Trust Everything" on OA++ upon install, so Mamutu is running just to alert on suspicious behavior. I have plenty of resources, so running OA++ and Mamutu doesn't slow anything down.

I find it amusing some of you like to do repeated single posts. Nice way to increase your posts count and the total replies in this thread :D !

We were talking about that in the MBAM beta thread J. Hopefully they get to optimizing that. I mean it is a beta after all so they have time to fix it. I think in the end it will be back on your system. :D

Looks more like IRC sometimes indeed.

Perhaps the title of 'Unfathomable humongous mega super-duper l33t poster' can be given on request if that is what a poster aims for?

If I use Comodo Internet Security 2011, do I still need KAV? Can you please tell me a software like ProcessGuard, which will protect my processes. Thanks a lot!

back on topic... I'll wait for MBAM to release the stable 1.50 ver... so for now, my setup remains unchanged.

I usually don't change my security setup more than once a year or so. But I've just added Mamutu as a complement to Prevx (fully paid). Hopefully Prevx 4 will have a good behavior blocker so I can ditch Mamutu later on.

    Hey lieuliau,
Certainly you can use CIS 2011 by itself. Some folks don't think that CIS AV has a good detection rate. If you install CIS, just make sure that you don't install the AV. Comodo firewall with KAV would be a good mix. You really don't need process guard. Its a deny default kinda program. Having defense+ in comodo should take care of that. If you really want full control of things, set defense+ to paranoid.

    Windows 7 32bit, 3GB RAM, 2.20GHz

    1. User Awareness and Common Sense

    2. Prevention against unauthorized code by denying initial execution
Windows Hardening (LUA, SRP, UAC at max, EMET, SuRun, Lock down Hosts File - read-only,etc)
Light Browser and Network Hardening/Immunization (e.g. specialized DNS service, Plug-ins disabled)

    3. Detection when downloading/running new code on the system:
    Panda Cloud Pro
Avast - only File System Shield and Behavior Shield
(all checks off - using the OS internals to invoke a scan when executed)

    4. Light Virtualization/Containment - prevention against running code on the real system
    Sandboxie
Shadow Defender - ShadowMode for C:drive only and with Exclusion List

    5. Control the degree of trust/behavior of programs once you let them run on your real system:
Comodo Firewall with Defense+ Enabled, Sandbox enabled
(Using Computer Security Policy>Defense+ Rules to configure certain threat-gates0

My core basics lies within 1 and 2.
