Eset OSX Mac - user name and password not accepted

I just installed ESET for OSX 10.6. It says user licenses valid till Nov 30. So I entered my own user licenses which I purchased and which I was using with Windows and Symbian products. But Eset OSX doesn't accept the license. It allows me to enter it but it still shows it will expiry by Nov 30. My user license is valid beyond that day. I am only using the 2 licenses on 2 computers. The other license shows correct date on Windows machine.

Are you entering the same license credentials (username and password) that you used to download ESET NOD32 Antivirus for Mac OS X Business Edition from the business downloads section of ESET's web site?

Hi Aryeh,

I own 2 x ESET Smart Security 4 Home or Personal edition, not business edition. I recently moved from Win to Mac. I assume the license should work, it did work with Symbian as well when I tried it 6 months ago.
