Good Afternoon ! Kudos to Trjam for his initiative...and Avast for the offer. But as noted by twl845 the offer is ongoing on the Gui of Avast 5.0 free version to upgrade to the Internet Security Suite...none the less thanks for being considerate enough to bring it to our attention ! Sincerely...Securon

thanks Securon, keep in mind, the offer in the GUI may come and go. It wasnt there 2 weeks ago, they had pulled it.

I realy dont care how you get the discount, only that you do. That is all that matters to me. So at some point if you decide you want the paid products for half price and cant find the means, let me know, I will do my best to get you a coupon.

Hey trjam, I'm just too darn comfortable with my current setup to take advantage of this great offer.
I admit to being tempted... but avast! free and OA free, along with MBAM Pro, really seem to be a winning combo for me these days. ;)

Thanks again for the thought, the offer, and for the extra details. ;)

Question: does this offer apply to multi-licence packs and multi-years? ie. 5 user pack for 2 years.

Thanks for the offer! Nice to see such "perks".

Can someone tell me if I can install Avast! V5 Pro over Avast! V5 Free, or do I have to uninstall the Free version first? I assume I'll have to register the Pro again because it's different than the Free? Thanks in advance. :)

Just insert your v5 Pro license file into v5 Free and it should take care of the rest.

Since when did Avast become such an expensive product? Its friggin 40 euros in my country, 35 euros for the rest of EU and 35 bucks for the US.

Do they somehow think since i live in NL i make more money or have a bigger budget?

Anyways ill go with the av in dollars n then apply the discount but they really need to lower the prices here in EU. Last time i checked it isnt a top av n plenty of competitors settle for an honoust 20 euro per year.

Edit: Cant pay with dollars lol

Good Morning ! Just purchased Avast Internet Security-1 yr- once again many thanks Trjam and Avast...have virtualized all of my browsers...Firefox...Chrome...and I.E.8...being a novice too virtualization...wondering if anyone can share experiences regarding their useage? So far very impressed everything running light as a cloud...no pun intended. But...as stated would be very interested in people's experiences in the use of virtualization. Sincerely...Securon
