I added a few Firefox addons. Keyscrambler, Torbutton (part of the Vidalia bundle) and LastPass. So far I really like LastPass.

    so far so good.

running it with Shadow Defender takes care of all the stuff that accumulates in DW Rollback list.

once i reboot in normal mode the Rollback list is empty.
i would not want to spend time looking at that Rollback list item by item to see what's good or not. o_O

My security "setup" (quotation marks because I'd be fine with just common sense, but I like to tinker with some security apps)

    • 32bit OS, everything up do date
    • Firefox (latest) with Adblock plus, NoScript and RefControl (could do without the last one); Opera as secondary browser, running in sandbox when visiting potentially dangerous websites.
    • Kaspersky Internet Security 11.0.2.556a, Interactive mode, customized installation (only FileAV, Application Control, System Watcher, Firewall and Proactive Defense, along with the Sandbox module)

--Application Control set to place all unknown applications in High restricted group which is additionally tweaked: deny Write/Delete/Create for Operating system files/settings (Startup, Services etc.), deny Read/Write/Delete/Create for Identity data (Browser/IM/E-mail settings/data etc.). Under Rights tab, deny: Pausing other processes and threads, Sending windows messages to other processes, Using program interfaces of other processes, Start driver, Code intrusion, System modules change (KnownDlls), Low level disk access, Low level file system access, Direct access to physical memory, Access to password storage, Exiting MS Windows, Setting debug privileges, Hidden network access (Browser commandline etc.)

--Firewall set up to prompt for all applications.

--Applied KIS skin tweak to improve Application Control/Reports rendering speed.

--Considering adding TDL3 protection, by denying Driver load for Spooler.
    • Trying out Sandboxie and Shadow Defender ATM (not needed, just playing around some).
Very secure and noob friendly when Automatic mode is enabled instead of Interactive for such KIS configuration.

Turned off WinPatrol Plus and removed Emsi Emergency Kit.

Turned on real-time MalwareBytes Anti-Malware protection.
