Still new to Ubuntu but managed to get a decent desktop using Cairo Dock and a wallpaper I found somewhere online

 

My new Ubuntu desktop. I am a minimalist in nature and like my desktop plain.

I found it here http://linuxhub.net/2010/01/top-35-handpicked-ubuntu-wallpapers/ I opened it in GIMP and used the hue/saturation to get it to the color I have now.

Again, sabayon 5.4 LXDE. I adjusted the background slightly and changed the panel to black.

This is a Ubuntu theme I found over on the Bisigi Project website. The strange thing though is that after installing it I had a unusual craving to listen to Toto

 

Debian Squeeze.

 

I got in a gray mood yesterday and whipped this up using the Bisigi Eco theme, Elegant Gnome icons, gray Oxy cursor and a wallpaper I found on Google. Also the transforming of my laptop into an Ubuntu machine is complete

 

Latest mint 10 with Creamy, Correcamins and Gion theme customizations.

Also 2nd one - I got sick of the heads my previous one very quickly.
(Wonder why red always looks blurred in sshots ?)

 

Go for .png and not .jpeg.
