Shouldn't the server show as a client in ERAC?

We've recently recovered from a server failure, so all ESET products were re-installed on the server. But I could swear that the Remote Administration Console (V. 4.0.138.0) on my PC used to include the server, it showed up like all the workstations. Not there now. :'(

How do I get it to show up?

The server's ESET Smart Security (V 4.2.64.12) has the same Remote Administration settings as the clients that do connect.

The wrong license was being used. Once the correct license was chosen, and the ERA server was stopped/restarted, the server appeared in ERAC. :thumb:

The clue was in the era.log:
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CLIENTS REACHED, '(servername)' NOT ADDED. Please upgrade your license

Thanks for the update. Also if somehow you exceed the maximum number of clients, as per the ESET license, then no new clients will be added until you remove clients.
