Wow if it is true I think that TrendMicro has just taken a giant leap backward. It is quite a pity really since I like TrendMicro.

    Thanks.

I was astonished too after reading this. Although TrendMicro cleanup was never good enough, but now if you get malware after installation, you will need experts help to solve the problem or reinstall from scratch. I will soon test its cleanup capability (if any exist) with real world malware infected system.

    'Real' setup:

    WinPatrol free
    ZoneAlarm free
    Sandboxie (paid)
    MBAM (paid)
    Avast free
    Clear Cloud DNS

And for the rest VM's with different testing security configs for testing and a

Banking VM (where I only do banking/shopping with the undo feature of MS VPC on, so that when I'm done banking and shopping I undo all) with

    Prevx (paid)
    Defensewall
    HitmanPro (paid)

(I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to online Banking and shopping  )

    Minor changes. (See my signature)

The computer is pretty fast, I'm using a very simple configuration of security, but using the Iron SRWare (Sandbox - Tracking, Malware Domains, P2P, Intl Trackers Blocklist) plus WOT, SiteAdvisor and Norton DNS I can foresee several pages malicious before even entering.

    Sorry for my english!

Good Evening ! MAJESTO- PRESTO-POOF...TAKE THAT TRJAM AND JMONGE..back to mother earth...and hey you...get off of my Cloud...back to p.c.tools firewall plus and Avira Premium and Prevx 3.0 with Safe On-Line. I was already aware of the existing dangers of existing infections...but Trend Titanium was just to resource intensive...and lagged while using Opera 10.6 whilst surfing...and certain web pages hung...it like all Cloud apps are still in my opinion...a work in progress. And many thanks to Boyfriend...and CogitoTesting...for your insights and concern. The present set-up is effective and efficient. Sincerely...Securon

I have MBAM paid as well, however, MBAM does not automatically updates and it is quite a pain for me to do it manually. Are you experiencing the same problem?

    Thanks.

What u mean it doesn't update automatically? Of course it does!
U have to go to protection tab and click on scheduler, go to the update tab, and have it ur way! ;)

cause it may cause system hanging or freezing on startup. I've seen this behaviour with Eset and Vipre.
    There's a full thread @ MBAM's forum -http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=10138- with specific directions for different products.:thumb:
