We are having a problem with NOD32 detecting Conficker BEFORE it gets onto our PC's. It will find it after the scan but not stop it from getting onto the PC's.

We have a Conficker outbreak about 8 months ago but it was cleaned up. The last variant was supposedly in 2009 and all our PC's have the Windows Update patch to combat it. Is this a new variant?

I'd recommend turning on strict cleaning in your web access protection parameters, and checking potentially unwanted apps...

I have potentially unwanted apps already chosen but not strict cleaning. What are somethings I will notice when this is used? Will I find performance decreases? Will there be more alerts for people when they are surfing the web?
