Alter Licence from 1 to 3 users. WTF!?!

I want a second licence for my new laptop.

If I goto alter my licence from 1 user to 3 it quotes:

"I would like to protect 3 computer/s until the 31st August 2011
The alteration to your licence will cost $109.23"

Are you kidding me, it is only $89.95 to but 3 licences for 1 year as a new customer, why would it cost so much more for an existing customer?

What you are doing wrong is trying to pay extra for it in the 1st place.

The 1 user is you so IMO that could be for 2 computers as many need a desktop and a laptop.

I use ESET on my PC booting to 2 HDD's with Vista and Win 7 and then XP MODE in Win 7 needs a install of it too so that's 3 uses of my license but its on 1 PC and I'm the SOLE user.

 

OMG so WRONG!!! This would require 2 licenses....

Or buy it from Amazon UK and save yourself a fortune. (£22 UK pounds for a 3 user 1 year Eset ESS licence).

 

Now that is cheap, wonder how they can do it better than ESET can.

I think I buy it in 2 or 3 yr blocks (cannot remember).

Just seen that. I think it is disgusting. But then what do you expect from a company that takes 2-3 days to add detection for a virus/trojan to its product?
