AVG 9 AV free on August 31

    which did you install first mate, ive got ip running fine but when i go to install the antivirus the installer tells me ip is not compatable and do i want to remove, if i uncheck the removal of ip the installer fails, ive e mailed support and waiting for an answer.

    FWIW- I had the free AVG running and then installed the IDP. The GUI of the free av then showed the IDP present, no conflicts at all.

    Ive noticed that updates arent very frequent. Aside from the initial update on the 31st Im just now seeing my first update. Anyone else notice this?

    No,it's not normal.Check in settings,scheduler,updates.Mine was set to check for updates every 2 hours.

    That was the first update I noticed. It may have updated between those times.

    Scheduler was set to every 4 hours. I changed it to every 2.

    Just to verify what is the latest virus database and AVG version number? Mine shows virus database 271.1.1/3132 and AVG v9.0.851

    i can not register my three licenses at all. it always says i need to register. Anyone has a clue please?
