i have been using a hotmail for 2years,but lately i am recieving a lot of return mails that i didnt even send, although i already have them in the junk, and it will be deleted automatically, but still i am concern about my email address..and those mails that i didnt send out..to lots of different people.

Are there any ways to stop this??

    Howdy!

Most of those emails are spam or a virus with a faked "return mail" heading in an attempt to get you to open them. I think that if you use hotmail you must expect a lot of such emails. Even with a more private address I have noticed increases recently despite careful practice, and I'm afraid there's nothing you can do to stop email from being sent to you. There are preventative measures, such as not revealing your address online, etc but I don't think that stuff will work with a hotmail address simply because it's a large member base which equals a good target.
