    Hi,

I was just wondering if ESET NOD32 Antivirus comes with a feature or setting to ensure users do not proceed to use the USB thumb drive if there are infected files in the USDB drive. Thank you.

Infected files would be detected and cleaned, there's no sense in blocking the whole media if an infected file is found.

Thank you Marcos. I have another question if you don't mind.
Looks like some of the machines in my place installed with ESET Smart Security are unable to clean the Sohanad.bm worms and it is making the machines perform extremely slow. Do you have any idea if the removal tool for this worm is available by ESET though the worm is detected it is not possible to be cleaned by ESS. Thank you.

What error message is displayed when the scanner attempts to clean the file?

Could you post a screenshot of the scanner not being able to clean the file? Basically there should be no problem removing the file as it's nothing but an Autoit script.
