nod32krn shut IMON.dll

Another (along many others usually bored troubles) with my NOD.
See here. I'm waiting for help. What should I do if I didn't knew about this forum ??
...and pls, don't tell me that there is a virus, because it's just a reinstall...

Before first instal of NOD, I had f-secure on that station. I have unistaled this and instaled NOD trial. After I was satisfied for some station, I was trying to instal the NOD through the remote RADMIN. For this I had need to uninstall NOD for reinstalling again. Between these steps was 1 minut!

some obs:

1. before to uninstall the NOD, my colleague has installed MSOffice 2000, with all suite (including msoutlook). At the reinstalling the NOD, appears that NOD want instal EMON. Ok (I know what is it). B U T there was no reference to register IMON (as in the each install that I've made until now). I was little bit worried about this. So my worry was just: at the start-up appear this error. After all, when I've tried to conect to internet for update, nod32krn shut again imon.dll with another error (doesn't look identically)

2. I have uninstalled the NOD->restart->install again, without installing EMON module. The start-up error disappear (until now) but the update problem remain the same, and after this I could not abort the update operation.

 

My accountant station are further discovered. NOD doesn't launch. When the kernel shut imon, the nod32kui freeze on the splash screen.

So I need some help. Feel free to request more information that would help you to help me.
