Daily Backups-What happens when BU space full?

    Hi: If I back up once my storage area is full and cannot add another BU.

    I would hope that the last BU is erased to make room for new BU and this continues! I don't see any reference in Manual. I am trying free download.

    I don't think it does, very possible fails if it runs out of space

    Thank you for your response. I guess I cant use Paragon if this is true..

    What good is a 2 year old BU of your computer?

    Not very good so I keep the fresh ones only. Even if I have to delete old ones manually

    If you uncheck "generate unique file names", it will overwrite the previous backup.

    Or, you can if you like just rt click and delete the old backup archive, like you do with any folder.

    There are several solutions. Here are two --
    1. Buy the Professional version and use "cyclic backup"
    2. Roll your own for free: See Paragon_Tommy's notes at http://ftp.paragon.eu.com/US/DB/DB10_Custom_Cyclic_Backup.pdf. A small bit of customization is required, but the result can be tuned to fit specific requirements.
