If you all don't mind not posting direct & live links to .exe file(s) please. Encourages a bad clicking habit. Thank you :)

    opaida,
Thanks again for the great program and looking forward to future releases. For now, if I should need to reinstall for any reason the paid version, is the updated file on the Web site that I can download so I don't have ot manually overwrite the exe file with updated file and thanks.

I update the install file too so you don't have to overwrite the exe file when installing again.

Doesn't matter, for me uninstall means uninstall, incl. user defined settings, all registry entries, folders and files.
A manual cleanup is not what a user expects and its not the users job.

    Inno Setup - my favorite.

A useful tool for creating scripts for Inno Setup is ISTool. Makes things a lot easier.

Unfortunately, I had to drop Pe Guard as the above error is back.

The alert window is badly truncated and unusabled (is there any shortkeys' list, at least?)

(XP Pro SP2, display set at 120 DPI [125%, large size], 1680X1050)

Another strange thing: right after PEGuard installation, explorer.exe tried to have HD's direct access, and I don't even remember the last time this happened on this pc in the past!

Also, at system starting up, PEGuard2's service is pretty late in the chain of events for a program of his kind. :(

But the resource used is low :thumb:

Ah, ok. I was interested how and/or where you can see the start sequence of services.

Here is the normal look of of the alert window
    peg2_warn.jpg

So, if you don't have the same one, that doesn't mean that the alert window is always badly. ok, there is a problem with your case and I'll deal with it.

    About the shortcuts: A (or Alt+A)= Allow, D ( or Alt + D ) = Deny, Enter = Allow, T (or Alt + T ) = Terminate.. etc.

How could you know that explorer.exe tried to have HD's direct access? o_O

    This isn't PEGuard service.
PEGuard service is the peg2.sys file, and it loaded before explorer.exe.
    Anyway: I'll make PEG2.exe run before explorer.exe.
