I removed Wehntrust... It has issue with utorrent.

there is a thread somewhere around here... the tutorial is long but setting it up would only take a few minutes if you know what you're doing. IMO It is better to do it after a fresh install of Windows :isay: :thumb:

This link might help setting up LUA.

You can start here - https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=200772&highlight=software restriction policy.
Also click on the very first of the first post in that thread which will lead you to mechbgon.com.

There is also this one for Windows 7 - https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=262686&highlight=software restriction policy

There are quite a few threads here at Wilders but these are a couple to get you started and hopefully doesn't have your head spinning :D

JM, and others, if you ditch a product because it fails one test/file/rootkit, you might as well ditch the product you've currently got. ;)

Konata and Kees, thank you both for your replies. You're talking about Software Restriction Policy under LUA + SuRun and PGS and all that stuff. Little too advanced for me I'm afraid! Thanks anyway
BTW i'm running windows xp sp3 and my security setup is this:
Avira 9 free (i'm waiting for a stable v10 or else Panda Cloud)
    Geswall free
    Winpatrol Plus and
Spywareblaster which i think is unessecary now since i only use Chrome, or not?

    Yes.

    My suggestion:

    Install MBRGuard.
Try Avast (following this https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=263940&highlight=Avast lowest)
Add Windows Defender for registry protection (disable Application Execution Agent)
Install Trusteer Rapport (antiphishing, antikeylogging, block browser process manipulation)
K9 Web Protection (block ads, malware, phishing sites)
    Peerblock

Keep Geswall or try Bufferzone. It's FREE.

Its been good for me for a while. The only change I made in the past
6 months is getting rid of that thing called Avira 10 and replacing it by
    Avast.

    Right now:

Work Laptop XP SP3 fully patched & updated:

    NOD32 4.2 business version
    Malware Defender 2.7.1
    Prevx Safeonline

Home desktop PC - Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit:

    UAC on
    Windows 7 Firewall on
    NOD32 4.2
    Defensewall Personal Firewall 3.02

Been thinking do I need something to add to my home PC like Prevx 3.0 (Ihave a license) or Trusteer or some other kind of Browser Protection.

    -Immunet Protect 2.0 Free
