G-Data Antivirus 2011 problems

    hello,this is my first post and i,m trying to find some help with g-data antivirus 2011.i use vista home premium sp/2 32 bit had to go back to gdata antivirus 2010,sandboxie 3.44,mbam free,sas free,windows 7 firewall control(it works with vista).the problem i incoutered was g-data scan server stopped working.if you scan eicar test virus it detects it and then g-data scan server stops working and windows searching for solution none found.this is in 2011 version.2010 version no problems, it detects eicar test virus and gets rid of it.i've searched forums here and rokop and have not found nobody with this problem and was hoping someone might be able to help.i really like g-data and hope to find out what is going on with the 2011 version on my system.any help would be much appreciated.

    I'm writing this reply to maybe help someone if they run in to this problem in G-Data antivirus.I added G-Data to not be monitored by DEP(data execution prevention) in windows vista and that stopped the G-Data scan server problem on my system.I don't know why DEP was causing the problem,but when I added G-Data to not be monitored it stopped the problem.

    I can't beleive there is no Ignore/Add to exclusions option, not even when restoring back from quarantine.
    Since it has fair number of FP's , without that option I can't use this product.

    fml. I like having 2 engines, but not having the final say on a "false-positive" file is ~ Snipped as per TOS ~ on power users.
