    Nice, jmonge.
If I were on 32-bit Windows that'd be the foundation of my security setup.

OH CRAP! About the time I say to myself, "Dave, stop loading the apps and act like normal(?) pc user," I end up here with about 4,000,000 new security apps running just for fun.

    Dave

PS There's a new version of WinSonar at Geeks!

    REALTIME: NO SYSTEM RESOURCES LEFT!

    Windows XP SP3
    running LUA(SuRun) + SRP
    No autostart for user
autostart disabled for CD's and USB's

netgear NAT router with hardware firewall

    running:
    mamutu
sandboxie (free), whitelisting programs allowed to run/connect to internet

    on demand:
    hitman pro (free)
    mbam (free)
avira free (also scheduled weekly scan with it)

    imaging and backup strategy:
    - imaging with Paragon Backup & Recovery 10
    - file backup with AutoVer
    daily to second internal hd
    weekly to external (disconnected) hd

My (giveaway) mamutu license will expire in august but I'm tempted to drop it at all and not to substitute it, because I'm finding my setup very light on my old Pentium 4 (2,6GHz, 1,5GB RAM) and still secure

BIG FAIL for my brother man!

The other day while i was out, he usually turns off all my security rig, be cause he says it "lags" him or it is annoying. . .
    And guess what?
Stupid dude lets like 4 malware get in.
2 Rootkits (forgot name), and like 2 worms. He didn't even gave me time to delete them he just formatted the PC. If he didn't deactivate it i'm pretty sure the AV would have stopped them, because they were detected by Panda Cloud AV and A-Squared, but he didn't gave me time to scan the PC and delete them.

I freaking hate him man, now he's blaming me and saying he will not install any AV LOL o_O
