Speccy - By Piriform

Hi guys.

I was just on piriform.com, and I saw that they had released a new BETA software called (Speccy)
wich according to Piriform is an "Advanced System Information Tool"

So i'm just wondering if anyone here have tried it out, and if you have was it any good?

Yeah it has been out for a while now but its not that good. Just basic info and nothing like SIW or PC Wizard.

 

So far my favorite is Everest Ultimate. Nothing tops that in terms of speed or the amount of info collected. However I have SIW because it was at GAOTD not to long ago and I snagged it while it was there and has lots of options as well. Its just a little slow in some areas and has much, much more info than Speccy. Speccy is basically a beatified Device Manager screen.

They should bundle Speccy with ccleaner.

 

At that point it becomes bloat ware and they might as well bundle the Ask Toolbar with it as well. I sure as heck dont want a better GUI representation of Device Manager. I already know how to use Device Manager. Its redundant.
