EMSX doesn't log spam?

    I phoned tech support today and asked whether EMSX logs spam, since it logs viruses. I received a response by email, which was tagged as spam by EMSX using the default options.

    Their response was that EMSX doesn't log spam, it simply quarantines it. However from a support point of view this makes it incredibly difficult to determine why an email has been tagged as spam. Take the email from ESET as an example, EMSX quarantined it with a spam score of 98 but failed to say why.

    Does ESET plan to add logging? Is there any reason why ESET chose to leave out this functionality?

    Thanks, but is there any reason why it wasn't considered for the initial release? It makes it kind of difficult to support users who have email problems when nothing is logged.

    I'm not intimately familiar with how this particular program was designed, but as a guess I would say that it was not something that was heavily requested during the design phase or brought up as a showstopper-type issue during beta testing.

    Hi,
    just to give my vote for spam log.
    I have many false positives at " Most Accurate " settings and would like to know what part (filter) of antispam process taged as spam.
