Making the move to 64 bit.

I'll be getting a new 64 bit computer soon with Windows 7 64 bit professional. Should I expect any issues going to 64 bit with Eset 4.2.40?

 

None to no issues

 

Running fine on both my Win 7 x64 boxes.

 

Been fine on x64 for the last three years for me (NOD32 that is, when it was 3.something). Running 4.2.35 on all desktops/laptops here, most of which are x64, and all is fine.

I recently moved to Win 7 64-bit, and installed the 64-bit version of NOD32.

NOD32 worked just fine. There are other things that may not work so well, depending on the apps and hardware you have, but NOD32 worked on 64-bit just like it worked on 32-bit.

 

it runs ok but the actual scanner (ekrn) is still 32bit.

 

I'm sure I read that was the case. I don't know how important that is though. Thanks to everyone that's posted so far.
