Since this was just released, wait for the update servers to be populated.
The changelogs do not reflect the recent release completely.

It is very annoying, ESET is super slow for release new versions in others languages and when finally can use it in your language the guy will and post "You can download the new build from the download page and install it over the current version."

You will there and no has nothing for download really annoying it.

 

It's actually there, the link points to v. 4.2.40. It always takes little time to update the website due to the time zone shift.
