For those asking about the Classic version the answer is no and yes. First, the License will remain for the Home Lux edition. This does not mean that you can't have the Classic version (RVS 2010 minus Virus Guard) with this license.

To get the classic version, simply deactivate the Virus Guard component (home > Virus Guard > Uncheck "Activate real-time protection")
