about the color of dialog firewall windows

    Hello,

    what is the cases that make the dialog firewall window green when a connection is trying to establish, and ones that make it red?

    you know that or it is your feeling? becauase I think same as author inbound red and outbound green i am confused maybe somebody from esset should answer
