Online Armor Updated

Hi All,

Just a quick note that I've just released the latest build of Online Armor. Release notes are here: http://support.tallemu.com/vbforum/showthread.php?t=6308

It will take our pals at download.com a couple of days to catch up and update the free version to the latest build, but not much longer than this.

Thanks for the update...But there is some problem occurring while downloading the setups...I have clicked three times then i got the setup...on first two clicks i got error message that no setup is available...

 

No x64 yet?

 

Which one did you click - I just checked and they work for me fine

 

We are still working on x64. However, this release does offer limited x64 support in the paid versions.

Hello Mike,

Is the gui pb with netbooks (1024x600 resolution) fixed? I did not see #1723 in the list of changes/fixes and this issue is now at least 10 months old

 

Updated, Rebooted, Firefox no longer accesses the internet, nor does Opera,Rebooted used FDISR to snapshot with the previous build. Internet is now working.

Which file are you having issues with ?

 

I'll check with the team. There were some issues with that, and we do plan a GUI refresh.

 

It was OnlineArmor ++ , I finally got to download it, and I upgraded it over the 4.0.0.15 with success.

 

Just heard back - Netbooks should work a bit better now

Hey hay !
Any problems for you with this firewall ? I has to remove it because it slowed my startup by 2 minutes ! Ran fine after that but , I cannot deal with that startup time . Of course , I was using the ++ version

 

Do i have to reinstall uninstall the older version before upgrading?

You mean to UN-install? ...no you do not have to.

 

Pound it right over the top of previous version!!

 

I tried it both ways....no problems installing over top. If you choose to uninstall your present version remember to reboot twice. Apparently this makes sure the drivers are fully uninstalled.
