    On the face of it, sounds like a nice friendly idea. But if US.Gov is getting involved as suggested, i really do have VERY strong reservations as to their REAL intent. And the fact about who gave that speech :thumbd:

    The US Gov is going to get involved no matter who gives the speech, there is no room for negotiation Obama and his policy but Secretary Clinton well it could be a different ballgame.

    The beauty of technology and the Internet is that censorship will be circumvented by individuals whose only goals are access to information. Governments can, and will, try to suppress this process but, in the long run, it will be a matter of winning battles but losing the war. Will U.S. (and like-minded governments) involvement help or hinder this? Doesn't matter, it will happen.

    Finally we have some people who care about freedom of speech and press as opposed to the repressive regime that once was.
