ESET 4 smart security problem. Please help

Hi im new to this forum and need your help.

Im using ESET 4 smart security and enjoying it until this error came. I recently having an error when everytime i try to attach files to my mails using FF and chrome. I cant attach files at all. But this problem not happens when i use IE. Im using windows 7 and accessing internet using a mobile broadband connection. Finally i decided to uninstall ESET and give it a try and it worked perfectly. So this is an error causing by ESET. Does anyone know how to figure this out cuz i really feel safe when i use ESET or do i have to change my anivirus software? Please help. Thanks in advance.

 

What program is FF?

What error message do you get (if any) when you try to attach files?

What type of files are these JPG's, documents, programs etc?

With Eset installed what happens if you temporarily disable the firewall?
